2. How does scheduling work? Will I be able to schedule my service before placing my order?

The actual appointment confirmation happens between you and the provider directly after the request has been submitted and you've been matched with a local expert.
3. Can I make changes to my appointment?
Absolutely. However, there are certain limitations regarding rescheduing & cancellations. See the 'Matching & Cancellation Policy' page for more details.
4. How does billing work?
Prior to submitting your request online, you will be asked to save a credit/debit card on file with us. Your saved card will not be charged at that time. We only authorize the saved card the full quoted price of the service(s). Your saved card will be charged only after a successful match has been made with a local expert and your appointment has been confirmed.
5. Who are the experts sent to complete the project? Have they been fully vetted?

My crew did a great job! Marcio and his assistant arrived at 9:30 am and were gone by 4:30 pm. The gazebo is placed exactly where we wanted it and the workplace was left tidy. The price, as determined by HandyBuddy, was quite expensive imo, but my husband and I are too old to tackle the job. We are pleased everything went smoothly. We are happy we hired professionals to do the job.
