What is covered by Heavy/Bulky item move to room of choice (and what is not)?

Our local crews are NOT professional movers so if you have special needs regarding bringing your box or boxes inside, please hire 3rd party movers. A 2-man crew can bring a dolly and wheel your box or boxes to the room of choice or carry the box if the weight permits. But if a 2-man crew with a dolly cannot accommodate the movement of boxes, then do not select the move boxes as an ADD-ON service as they will not be able to accommodate your request.

    The men came as scheduled to install the gazebo. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed with no problem. They were friendly, kind and willing to make certain I was 100 percent satisfied with everything. They told me to call anytime if I had further questions or concerns. The gazebo is beautiful.
