What is covered by Heavy/Bulky item move to room of choice (and what is not)?

Our local crews are NOT professional movers so if you have special needs regarding bringing your box or boxes inside, please hire 3rd party movers. A 2-man crew can bring a dolly and wheel your box or boxes to the room of choice or carry the box if the weight permits. But if a 2-man crew with a dolly cannot accommodate the movement of boxes, then do not select the move boxes as an ADD-ON service as they will not be able to accommodate your request.

My buddy was completely professional and efficient. Not only did he assemble the treadmill, he helped me fold it up and move it, provided help with initial electronic login, etc. Very nice person in addition. Would highly recommend.
