The actual appointment confirmation happens between you and the provider directly after the request has been submitted and you've been matched with a local expert.
3. Can I make changes to my appointment?
Absolutely. However, there are certain limitations regarding rescheduing & cancellations. See the 'Matching & Cancellation Policy' page for more details.
4. How does billing work?
Prior to submitting your request online, you will be asked to save a credit/debit card on file with us. Your saved card will not be charged at that time. We only authorize the saved card the full quoted price of the service(s). Your saved card will be charged only after a successful match has been made with a local expert and your appointment has been confirmed.
5. Who are the experts sent to complete the project? Have they been fully vetted?

Installers were polite and friendly. The woman who helped to make arrangements was so helpful from start to finish. I ended up getting it installed before expected!!!

Absoutely fantastic workmanship on our 12x12 metal gazebo installation! Ron and crew did an excellent job, knew exactly what to do if something didn't fit right and had all the tools needed. Very rapid assembly and positioning exactly where I wanted it put. I really can't say enough good words about this cheerful, experienced and well-skilled effort. The rating stars only go to five but I'd rate this outfit at a ten easily. Job was estimated at 6-8 hours, they did it in 5! Well done!
