2. Can I make changes to my appointment?

4. How does billing work?
Prior to submitting your request online, you will be asked to save a credit/debit card on file with us. Your saved card will not be charged at that time. We only authorize the saved card the full quoted price of the service(s). Your saved card will be charged only after a successful match has been made with a local expert and your appointment has been confirmed.

5. What is covered by Heavy/Bulky item move to room of choice (and what is not)?
Our local crews are NOT professional movers so if you have special needs regarding bringing your box or boxes inside, please hire 3rd party movers. A 2-man crew can bring a dolly and wheel your box or boxes to the room of choice or carry the box if the weight permits. But if a 2-man crew with a dolly cannot accomodate the movement of boxes, then do not select the move boxes as an ADD-ON services as they will not be able to accomodate your request..

Outstanding Service and Craftsmanship!
Exceeded every expectation. They arrived a few minutes early—exactly when they said they would—and immediately got to work. The job was a big one: assembling a 10’ x 12’ Sojag Fontana metal gazebo on a concrete pad. Even after driving nearly four hours to reach our home, the two team members worked efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Within about four hours, they had moved two heavy boxes of parts from the garage, organized a staging area, assembled each section, and erected the gazebo with precision. After carefully positioning it and consulting with us on placement, they anchored it securely to the pad. It’s rare these days to find a team so punctual, polite, and customer-focused. We couldn’t be happier with the result—our gazebo looks fantastic! I’m so glad we found them. They are truly the best at what they do. Highly recommended!
