We had a great experience with Handy Buddy. Our assembly person, Handy Man Dan, was awesome. We had several issues with shipping and delivery of a trampoline. He was very patient and easy to work with when we had to reschedule several times due to these shipping issues plus missing parts etc. He assembled our 12 foot trampoline quickly and did a great job - he spaced out the missing springs as best he could while we waited for the company to ship out the missing pieces.
Went above and beyond to make sure the install was done right. They were polite and courteous. Absolutely recommend, they are very knowledgeable about trampoline installations
The man it was contracted out to do the installation did a great job. However, I also paid to have the boxes and material taken away which were not. Not his fault but HandyBuddy’s. Scheduling it took way too long and there were multiple groups involved.

The team that showed up was phenomenal at putting together our trampoline. They took their time and were very good at paying attention to detail when it came to bringing all the pieces together. They also made sure to ask first before they put the trampoline up to make sure it was going up in the right spot. When they finished, they picked up all the boxes and trash and properly disposed of them. Overall, great job and great service!
