This form is only for existing customers of HandyBuddy who have already successfully submitted a service request and need to report a service-related issue to our escalation desk. Do not use this form if you have not already submitted a HandyBuddy request as it will not be responded to.

For any service related issue that needs follow-up you should always reach out to your matched provider who performed the service first. If you are unable to resolve the issue after working with the provider, please raise a support ticket using the form below.

All others should use one of the following options:
