Your expert brings all the tools. Parts come from the manufacturer — everything for the build itself should be in your box, so it's worth confirming it's complete before your appointment.

Yes. Anything the kit doesn't include is yours to supply — on outdoor builds that's usually ground anchors, concrete, or fasteners suited to your surface. Have it on site and your expert will install it as part of the service.

For an outdoor build, no — though we'd prefer you there to confirm placement and look over the finished work. Anything inside your home needs someone there to let your expert in.

Yes. Use the calendar in the booking card above to set a preferred date. It's optional, and it travels with your request.

Yes — get in touch and we'll adjust it. Some limits apply once you've been matched, since your expert has already set aside time for the work. The 'Matching & Cancellation Policy' page has the specifics.

    The assembly guy was prompt and ready to go upon arrival. Amazon did not provide him with the details of the assembly, and it was much more in depth than the time they allowed him. He did not complain, and went right to work and did a great job. The overall time Amazon had for him was 3 hours, and it took about 7 total. No issues and the weight rack is ready to go for our family. Highly recommended! Only thing I would recommend different is that Amazon actually get the information to the assembly person ahead of time.
