My assembler was Jeremy, from East Coast Assembly. He was a very diligent worker. When we encountered a problem he quickly got on the BowFlex help line for instructions. Looking at the instruction manual myself afterwards, my opinion was the instructions were lacking in enough detail for certain issues. All in all, I would be happy to have East Coast Assembly do work for me again.

Initial communications were confusing, as I was put in touch with a "dispatcher" who really didn't have any idea what the plans were, what was going on, and didn't manage any expectations. However, once the installer was actually here and I was able to communicate directly with him, things were solid. I'd love to have had better up front communication, and getting projects started "first thing" in the morning would've been nice, BUT. . . we had issues w the supplier (Rogue Fitness) missing parts, and our installer was very patient and collaborative, so all in all, things were very good.

Installer did a great job, although I think this should be a two person job. In Rogue’s instructions they suggest 2-3 people. Frankly I have no idea how he was able to manage all of the components on his own. This job took 4 days for the installer to complete on his own. I’m satisfied with the service, however I wish I could have anticipated how long it would take.
