Our local crews are NOT professional movers so if you have special needs regarding bringing your box or boxes inside, please hire 3rd party movers. A 2-man crew can bring a dolly and wheel your box or boxes to the room of choice or carry the box if the weight permits. But if a 2-man crew with a dolly cannot accommodate the movement of boxes, then do not select the move boxes as an ADD-ON service as they will not be able to accommodate your request.

There are 2 areas where I can see daylight. When it rains water will come in. I need this addressed, since it’s suppose to rain this weekend. Rebecca in customer service is very helpful and pleasant. Overall nice job, however I need these 2 areas fixed.

I live in Elyria. The crew that came did a fantastic job. They arrived at 8:00 am and were done by 5. It was extremely hot and they worked diligently. Tried to offer cold water and invited them to cool down in the house as a break but they did not. They wanted to stay on task. They were very professional.
