Netting and rails go on last, anchored to your patio, deck or slab.
Yes. It's a flat price for the service and options you've selected — not an hourly rate and not an estimate. It's fixed upfront, however long the work takes.
No. We assemble and install what you already own, wherever you bought it. Same price, same experts.
Your expert brings all the tools. Parts come from the manufacturer — everything for the build itself should be in your box, so it's worth confirming it's complete before your appointment.
Yes. Anything the kit doesn't include is yours to supply — on outdoor builds that's usually ground anchors, concrete, or fasteners suited to your surface. Have it on site and your expert will install it as part of the service.
For an outdoor build, no — though we'd prefer you there to confirm placement and look over the finished work. Anything inside your home needs someone there to let your expert in.
Yes. Use the calendar in the booking card above to set a preferred date. It's optional, and it travels with your request.

Where weight and access allow, yes — a two-person crew can wheel boxes to the room of choice with a dolly. Anything heavier or tighter than that needs a moving service. Not sure? Add box placement to your request above.

There are 2 areas where I can see daylight. When it rains water will come in. I need this addressed, since it’s suppose to rain this weekend. Rebecca in customer service is very helpful and pleasant. Overall nice job, however I need these 2 areas fixed.
They laid everything out and got our gazebo put up perfectly in about 4 1/2 hours. That, I know, is quite a feat; these guys can put anything together if they can build that gazebo from parts!
I live in Elyria. The crew that came did a fantastic job. They arrived at 8:00 am and were done by 5. It was extremely hot and they worked diligently. Tried to offer cold water and invited them to cool down in the house as a break but they did not. They wanted to stay on task. They were very professional.
