The job was a big one: assembling a 10’ x 12’ Sojag Fontana metal gazebo on a concrete pad. Even after driving nearly four hours to reach our home, the two team members worked efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Within about four hours, they had moved two heavy boxes of parts from the garage, organized a staging area, assembled each section, and erected the gazebo with precision. After carefully positioning it and consulting with us on placement, they anchored it securely to the pad. It’s rare these days to find a team so punctual, polite, and customer-focused. We couldn’t be happier with the result—our gazebo looks fantastic! I’m so glad we found them. They are truly the best at what they do. Highly recommended!

Absoutely fantastic workmanship on our 12x12 metal gazebo installation! Ron and crew did an excellent job, knew exactly what to do if something didn't fit right and had all the tools needed. Very rapid assembly and positioning exactly where I wanted it put. I really can't say enough good words about this cheerful, experienced and well-skilled effort. The rating stars only go to five but I'd rate this outfit at a ten easily. Job was estimated at 6-8 hours, they did it in 5! Well done!

Although Joseph Bryce and Jonathan may not have been experts on arrival for this specific brand of Pergola, they thoroughly read every piece of documentation before arrival and watched countless videos. They also tried to get here at 7am each day to accomplish as much as possible each day. All in all they needed 2 and a half days to build the big Pergolux pergola but they did a very thorough job and left everything looking great. Also, loved their attitudes and work ethic. Very happy with their work and would use them again.

My assembly was on Oct. 7, 2021. I am still waiting for the person to come back finish. He lost screws during my installation and did not tell me. The screws that were lost and not installed are for the roof. I would like to get this issue fix sooner rather than later to avoid the roof leaking when it rains. I contacted him and he said he would be back, but he did not give me a date or time when he would return. I texted him again this morning, but he has responded back. Kozyard has sent me replacement screws and they will arrive on Oct. 19, 2021.

Preparation
