The work

Where the roof louvres move, the mechanism is run through full travel.

Breakdown of all packaging materials; dispose of in on-site trash cans. Crews will now haul-away empty boxes.
The surface it will stand on has to be finished and level before the visit. We do not pour slabs, build decks or level ground, and a frame raised on an uneven base will not sit square.

Yes. Anything the kit doesn't include is yours to supply — on outdoor builds that's usually ground anchors, concrete, or fasteners suited to your surface. Have it on site and your expert will install it as part of the service.

For an outdoor build, no — though we'd prefer you there to confirm placement and look over the finished work. Anything inside your home needs someone there to let your expert in.

Yes. Use the calendar in the booking card above to set a preferred date. It's optional, and it travels with your request.
