    Kits come in fixed lengths; rooflines don’t. Your price is set by the footage your expert actually installs, in steps, and it’s fixed before you book.

    Enbrighten permanent lights: questions

    Do you install Enbrighten permanent outdoor lights I already own?
    Yes. Pick your Enbrighten kit above and the roofline pricer opens with it selected. Price your roofline, then book on the same page. You supply the lights; your expert brings the tools, ladders and know-how.
    How is the price worked out?
    By the length we install on your home, not the length of the box, billed in steps. You get a fixed price before you book. Two-story homes and aluminum track are optional add-ons, added on top.
    Will you set the lights up in the Enbrighten app?
    Yes. Before your expert leaves, the lights are paired to your Wi-Fi in the Enbrighten app and your first scenes are set up on your phone.
    Do you cut or join runs to fit my roofline?
    Only where the Enbrighten system is designed for it, following the manufacturer’s instructions. If your kit is shorter than your roofline, your expert lays out the best run with you before anything is mounted.
    Does professional installation affect my Enbrighten warranty?
    We install to Enbrighten’s instructions. Warranty terms are set by Enbrighten; keep your proof of purchase.
    Do you add outlets or electrical work?
    No. The system plugs into an existing outdoor outlet; new outlets or circuits are not included.

    Before your expert arrives

    • Have your Enbrighten kit on site; unopened is fine
    • An outdoor outlet within reach of the power supply
    • Your Wi-Fi name and password, and the Enbrighten app on your phone
    • Clear access to the roofline (vehicles moved, gates unlocked)

    What’s included

    • Roofline measured and the run laid out with you
    • Lights mounted on clips, or in aluminum track (add-on)
    • Power connected at your existing outdoor outlet
    • App pairing and your first scenes set up
    • A full working test before the ladders come down
