What’s included

What’s not included

• The product itself — you supply what you bought, we supply the expert
• Anchoring or mounting hardware beyond what ships in the box, on any service that anchors or mounts
• Site work that has to exist first: a level pad, a finished surface, or electrical where none is present
• Removal or disposal of an existing unit, unless it is booked as its own service

Preparation

• Have it on site — delivery placed in the room or area where the item will be used
• Clear the space — a clear, level spot and a path to it, with clutter and pets out of the way
• Check for damage — a quick look at the boxes for obvious transit damage before we start
• Power & access — an outlet nearby for powered items and easy access to the install area
