The customer books and pays
They choose the exact service — make, model, size, add-ons — and pay a fixed, upfront price. No estimate, no haggling, nothing left to sell.
You get an exclusive offer
Sent to one local expert at a time by SMS and email, with the item, location, preferred timing and payout shown before you decide.
You confirm with the customer
Accept, then contact them directly to set the appointment. Accepted offers must be scheduled within 48 hours — that one is on you, and it is what keeps jobs moving.
You complete it and get paid
Work under your own company name, mark the job complete in the portal and upload proof. Payment follows by direct deposit.

How many offers will I get?
It depends on your service area, the categories you cover and your track record — we will not promise you a number. Offers are matched on skill, coverage and reliability, so the experts who accept, schedule quickly and finish well see more of them.
When do I get paid?
Once you have completed the job and closed it out in the portal with proof of completion, your payout is issued by direct deposit. Payouts run in batches rather than one at a time, so the exact day depends on where your completion falls in the run — the portal shows the status of every payout you are owed.
What if I need to reschedule a job?
Contact the customer directly and update the appointment in the portal. Rescheduling happens; leaving a customer waiting without a new date is what causes problems.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. You carry active liability insurance appropriate for the services you provide, and you take full financial responsibility for damage caused by any member of your team.
Can my crew work the jobs, or only me?
Your crew can work them. Every associate who attends a job, including the business owner, must pass a background check.
Is there a minimum number of jobs I have to take?
No. There is no quota and no penalty for declining. If a job does not suit your week, decline it and the offer moves to the next expert.
