The actual appointment confirmation happens between you and the provider directly after the request has been submitted and you've been matched with a local expert.
3. Can I make changes to my appointment?
Absolutely. However, there are certain limitations regarding rescheduing & cancellations. See the 'Matching & Cancellation Policy' page for more details.
4. How does billing work?
Prior to submitting your request online, you will be asked to save a credit/debit card on file with us. Your saved card will not be charged at that time. We only authorize the saved card the full quoted price of the service(s). Your saved card will be charged only after a successful match has been made with a local expert and your appointment has been confirmed.
5. Who are the experts sent to complete the project? Have they been fully vetted?

Great experience!
My installers showed up when they said they would and assembled my 12x20 purple leaf gazebo and anchored it to my concrete footings. Crew of 4 people and it took nearly 7 hours. Would’ve taken me days…
