The job was a big one: assembling a 10’ x 12’ Sojag Fontana metal gazebo on a concrete pad. Even after driving nearly four hours to reach our home, the two team members worked efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Within about four hours, they had moved two heavy boxes of parts from the garage, organized a staging area, assembled each section, and erected the gazebo with precision. After carefully positioning it and consulting with us on placement, they anchored it securely to the pad. It’s rare these days to find a team so punctual, polite, and customer-focused. The gentleman arrived on time, were courteous, and worked diligently the entire time. My big issue is that I feel the total quality of their work tanked at the end. I had to leave before job was completely finished. I will say 80% was done. Gentlemen told me he would finish and send a pic which I agreed to. However, my pergola came with shade curtains and mesh screen. It's obvious to the eye and to anyone looking that they installed both incorrectly and that they were not aligned properly. I am a women standing 5'3. So now I have to get on a 6ft ladder to take these curtains down and realign them. The reasons for me paying the price I paid for the install was to avoid having to get on a 6ft ladder. So now I either have to pay someone, or get on this 6ft ladder. I have a real problem with this, as I shouldn't have to do this. If not for this issue, I would have given this company higher review.

My assembly was on Oct. 7, 2021. I am still waiting for the person to come back finish. He lost screws during my installation and did not tell me. The screws that were lost and not installed are for the roof. I would like to get this issue fix sooner rather than later to avoid the roof leaking when it rains. I contacted him and he said he would be back, but he did not give me a date or time when he would return. I texted him again this morning, but he has responded back. Kozyard has sent me replacement screws and they will arrive on Oct. 19, 2021.

- Site work that has to exist first: a level pad, a finished surface, or electrical where none is present
- Removal or disposal of an existing unit, unless it is booked as its own service
Preparation
- Have it on site — delivery placed in the room or area where the item will be used
- Clear the space — a clear, level spot and a path to it, with clutter and pets out of the way
- Check for damage — a quick look at the boxes for obvious transit damage before we start
- Power & access — an outlet nearby for powered items and easy access to the install area
