Preparation for Ninja™ Installation
Ensure a flawless setup on assembly day by following these simple preparation steps:
- Stable Surface: Ensure the final location for your Ninja™ cart is flat and non-combustible (deck, patio, or pavers).
- Propane/Power: Have a full 20lb propane tank and/or access to a GFCI outlet ready for the pro to perform a test fire.
- Clear Access: Clear a 5ft workspace around the assembly area to allow the pro room to unbox the heavy components safely.
- Box Location: If possible, have the delivered boxes moved close to the final assembly spot to save time.

Yes. Our pros are trained to assemble the entire Ninja™ outdoor ecosystem, including ovens, grills, and dedicated stands.
Do you provide the gas or pellets?
No, customers must provide the propane tank or wood pellets. We handle the technical installation and safety testing of the equipment itself.
What if my Ninja™ arrives with a dent?
Your pro will inspect the parts upon unboxing. If damage is found that affects safety or function, they will assist in documenting it for your claim with the manufacturer.
