- Repairs to damaged or missing parts; your expert will tell you what the box is short before starting
What the price is and what moves it
Every one of the 890-plus services under Outdoor & Backyard Installation carries a fixed price on its page. What moves it is the same across the catalog:
- Size and complexity of the item — a canopy and a 12x16 shed are different days
- Where the boxes are: moving them to the room, backyard or patio is an add-on from $75
- Securing or anchoring to a foundation, patio, deck or wall: +$155 where offered — you supply the hardware
- Pick-up & delivery from the retailer, where offered: from $270
- Haul-away of packaging and boxes off-site: +$99 (otherwise flattened and left in your on-site bins)
- A few states carry a small location adjustment; it appears in your price the moment you choose your location

Do I need to buy the product first?
Yes — you supply the item, we supply the expert. Have it on site (or add pick-up & delivery where offered) before your appointment.
Can you assemble something I bought anywhere else?
Yes — bring the box from any retailer. Every job is fixed-price upfront, whatever brand you bought.
What if parts are missing or damaged?
Your expert checks the box before starting and tells you what is short. Replacement parts come from the manufacturer; we return to finish once they arrive.
Do you take the packaging?
It is flattened and left in your on-site bins as standard. Add haul-away (+$99) and it leaves with your expert.
Can I choose my appointment date?
Yes — you set your appointment preference when you book, and scheduling is flexible if that changes.
