Excellent Service!
Sam J. (Verified Buyer)
Great job! Crew was polite and built our playhouse in a timely manner. (3hr) They were even able to repair a broken part of the picnic table, that was found in the box. Saving us a trip to KidKraft for a replacement part and possible delays to the build.

Very Pleased
Joel R.
Javier from BlackLion Structures LLC was able to schedule the assembly on the date that I requested and Orlando showed up on time, and was able to assemble the structure in a single day Orlando was professional, personable, and did a fantastic job. It has only been one day since assembly but the work looks great and my kids love the finished product. I would recommend BlackLion Structures LLC for anyone looking to have a playground structure assembled in their backyard.

What’s included
Full Structural Assembly — Lumber sorting, frame construction, roof and accessory installation to manufacturer spec.
Anchoring & Leveling — Structure leveled on your prepared site with the manufacturer-supplied anchoring hardware installed.
Safety Verification — Bolt-torque checks on every joint, swing hardware inspected, and a stability check before first use.
Packaging Removal — Full breakdown of shipping boxes and materials, placed in your on-site bins.
Playset Specialists — Big wooden kits reward experience. We match you with pros who know lumber sorting, structural bolting, and kid-safe builds.
What’s not included
The product itself — you supply what you bought, we supply the expert
Anchoring or mounting hardware beyond what ships in the box, on any service that anchors or mounts
Site work that has to exist first, such as a level base or a new electrical outlet, on any service that needs it
Removal or disposal of an existing unit, unless it is booked as its own service
Preparation
Level Ground — Choose a flat, level area — grading and site prep are the customer's responsibility before the visit.
Clearance — Allow several feet of working room on all sides and confirm open overhead space.
Staging — Have all boxes within 15 feet of the build site — wooden kits are heavy and box counts are high.
Kids & Pets — Keep children and pets in a separate area until the safety checks are complete.
Common questions
How many boxes should I expect?
Larger KidKraft swing sets ship in multiple heavy boxes — have them all delivered and staged near the build site before your appointment.
Do you anchor the swing set?
Yes. The manufacturer-supplied ground anchors or brackets are installed as part of every build.
Can you assemble models like the Summit View and Bear Cave Lodge?
Yes — those are among the builds we do most. Slides, swings, rock walls, and accessories are all covered.
Does the wood need treatment?
The cedar comes factory-treated; periodic re-sealing over the years is normal owner maintenance per the manufacturer's care guide.
Is the service insured and guaranteed?
Absolutely. Every HandyBuddy assembly is fully insured and backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee.
