Before your expert arrives
- Have the kit on site and unboxed, with the power adapter and any extra track sections
- Know where the nearest outdoor outlet is — the run starts and ends there
- Decide what you want lit: roofline only, or roofline plus landscaping and trees
- Clear gutters of leaves where the track will mount; a clean fascia means a straighter line
- Have the app installed and your Wi-Fi password ready so pairing happens on the spot
