    What’s included

    • RItKeep assembly or installation to the manufacturer’s specification, by an expert who does this work routinely
    • Placement where you want it, levelled and set up correctly the first time
    • Hardware and fastener checks, and a stability and safety check before the expert leaves
    • Packaging broken down and placed in your bins

    What’s not included

    • The RItKeep product itself — you supply the equipment, we supply the expert
    • Anchoring or mounting hardware beyond what ships in the box, on any service that anchors or mounts
    • Site work that has to exist first: a level pad, a finished surface, or electrical where none is present
    • Removal or disposal of an existing unit, unless it is booked as its own service
