We had a great experience with Handy Buddy. Our assembly person, Handy Man Dan, was awesome. We had several issues with shipping and delivery of a trampoline. He was very patient and easy to work with when we had to reschedule several times due to these shipping issues plus missing parts etc. He assembled our 12 foot trampoline quickly and did a great job - he spaced out the missing springs as best he could while we waited for the company to ship out the missing pieces.

Level Ground — A flat, level area of lawn or yard — measure your model's footprint plus clearance around it.
Overhead Clearance — Confirm open sky above the trampoline — clear of branches, wires, and structures.
Staging — Have the boxes next to the assembly area; Acon frames are heavy and best moved once.
Access — Confirm gate or side-yard access if the trampoline location isn't reachable from the front.

What does Acon trampoline assembly include?
The complete build: frame assembly, spring installation, jump mat and pad fitting, safety enclosure and netting setup, placement on your level surface, a full safety inspection, and packaging removal.
How long does an Acon assembly take?
Most Acon trampolines are assembled in a single visit. Larger models with premium enclosures take longer than compact rounds, but you'll be jumping the same day.
Does the trampoline need to be anchored?
Anchoring is recommended in wind-prone areas and installed where you've purchased an anchor kit. Tell us in your booking notes and your expert will include it.
Can you assemble on a slope?
Trampolines need level ground for safe use. Minor grades can sometimes be accommodated with site prep, but leveling the site itself is the customer's responsibility before your service date.
Will assembly affect my Acon warranty?
No. Assembly to Acon's specification by a Vetted, Certified expert keeps your manufacturer warranty fully intact.
Do you inspect the trampoline after assembly?
Yes — every Acon build ends with a stability check, spring and net tension inspection, and a safety walkthrough before your expert leaves.
