BowFlex Assembly
Matt P.
My assembler was Jeremy, from East Coast Assembly. He was a very diligent worker. When we encountered a problem he quickly got on the BowFlex help line for instructions. Looking at the instruction manual myself afterwards, my opinion was the instructions were lacking in enough detail for certain issues. All in all, I would be happy to have East Coast Assembly do work for me again.
What’s included
Frame Assembly — Complete frame build to BowFlex's specification.
Cable & Resistance Setup — Cables routed, rods or resistance systems installed and tensioned.
Adjustment & Safety Check — Settings adjusted for the primary user; locks and stability verified.
Packaging Removal — All boxes and packing materials broken down and placed in your bins.
Home Gym Specialists — Cable machines live or die on routing and tension — we match you with pros who build home gyms constantly.
What’s not included
The product itself — you supply what you bought, we supply the expert
Anchoring or mounting hardware beyond what ships in the box, on any service that anchors or mounts
Site work that has to exist first, such as a level base or a new electrical outlet, on any service that needs it
Removal or disposal of an existing unit, unless it is booked as its own service
Preparation
Clear Floor Space — Confirm the equipment footprint plus clearance for full range of motion.
Flooring — A level surface; an equipment mat protects floors.

Staging — Stage all boxes in the room — frames and resistance systems are heavy.
Common questions
What does BowFlex assembly include?
Full frame build, cable routing and resistance setup, user adjustment, safety inspection, and packaging removal.
Do you check cable tension?
Yes — cable and resistance systems are cycled and adjusted before sign-off.
How long does it take?
Most BowFlex units are completed in a single visit.
Can you assemble in a garage or basement?
Yes — confirm access and note the floor type in your booking; your expert builds in the room of use.
Will assembly affect my BowFlex warranty?
No. Assembly to BowFlex's specification by a Vetted, Certified expert keeps your manufacturer warranty fully intact.
