What’s not included

Anchoring or mounting hardware beyond what ships in the box, on any service that anchors or mounts
Site work that has to exist first, such as a level base or a new electrical outlet, on any service that needs it
Removal or disposal of an existing unit, unless it is booked as its own service
Preparation
Level Surface — Pergolas and gazebos must sit on a flat, level patio, deck, or pad — surface prep is the customer's responsibility.
Clearance — Allow a few feet of working room on all sides and confirm open overhead space.
Staging — Have the boxes within 15 feet of the build site so assembly can begin right away.
Anchoring Surface — Know what you're anchoring into (concrete, wood deck, pavers) and note it in your booking.

Do you anchor the pergola down?
Yes. Anchoring with the manufacturer-supplied hardware is part of the installation. If you have a specialty surface, mention it in your booking notes.
Will the louvers be adjusted and tested?
Yes. Louver operation and drainage are tested as part of the final function check on every build.
Do I need a permit?
Permit requirements vary by city and HOA — checking and obtaining any required permits is the customer's responsibility before installation.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the model — most Domi pergolas and gazebos are completed in a single visit.
Is the service insured and guaranteed?
