We give you the opportunity to share your scheduling preference which helps us determine which provider/technician to match you with. From the quote page, you will see a Scheduling Preference dialog button, right below the quote. Click it to set an appointment preference. Go the next page and click BOOK NOW to confirm and submit your request. The actual appointment confirmation happens between you and the matched provider directly after the request has been placed. There is no charge to reschedule or cancel a request (some conditions apply).
Once your request has been matched with a preferred provider from our Expert Marketplace, all future communications about the service will be between you and the provider directly. You will be provided with a contact number to reach them in the event you have any questions, comments or concerns once the appointment has been confirmed by them.

Yes. If you're not totally satisfied with the provider who completed your project, let us know and we'll make it right at no extra charge.
No. Service does not include hauling away packing materials. The crew can dispose of any trash in your on-site trash cans or curbside.
Credit/debit cards stored on file are authorized (but not charged) for the full price of the service(s) once the request has been submitted. All charges are applied to the credit card stored on file only after your service has been completed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & Amex. We are a cashless platform and do not accept cash or checks. You cannot change your payment method saved with us once your request has been authorized. If more than 30 days has passed since you placed your order, your stored card on file will be deleted and you will be invoiced for completed services after that point.
