The actual installer, Andy, was great. He worked hard and got it all put together. The owner of the company, Sandy, was difficult to get in touch with and scheduling was a real pain. But once we made it through that, I was pleased with the work.

- Removal or disposal of an existing unit, unless it is booked as its own service
Preparation
- Have it on site — delivery placed in the room or area where the item will be used
- Clear the space — a clear, level spot and a path to it, with clutter and pets out of the way
- Check for damage — a quick look at the boxes for obvious transit damage before we start
- Power & access — an outlet nearby for powered items and easy access to the install area
