    Home Gym Installation: what to expect & FAQs

    Multi-station gyms, functional trainers and cable machines — frame, pulleys, cables and weight stacks assembled to spec and load-tested by a Vetted, Certified local expert. Every request is fixed-price upfront and backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee.

    What’s included

    • Complete assembly to the manufacturer’s torque and cable specifications in the room of your choice
    • Cable routing, pulley alignment and weight-stack set-up; leg press and attachments fitted where the kit includes them
    • Levelling, stabiliser adjustment and a load test on every station before hand-over
    • Packaging flattened and left in your on-site bins

    What’s not included

    • The gym — you supply it; we supply the expert
    • Carrying multiple heavy crates from the garage unless you add Move Boxes
    • Anchors, bolts and fixings beyond what ships in the box — you supply the hardware on every securing or anchoring add-on
    • Bolting to the floor or wall beyond what the product page offers — where offered, you supply the hardware

    What the price is and what moves it

    Home gym installation starts at $165 for a single-station piece. Station count, cable runs and weight-stack size set the price; a multi-station gym is priced as the day it is.

    • Leg press and similar attachments, where offered: from +$55
    • Move Boxes to the room: +$75 to +$135 depending on the load; stair carry +$185
    • Disassembly for a move, where offered: +$150
    • Pick-up & delivery from the retailer, where offered: from $255
    • Haul-away of packaging off-site: +$99 (otherwise flattened and left in your on-site bins)
    • A few states carry a small location adjustment; it appears in your price the moment you choose your location

    Brands we install

    Body-Solid, Rogue Fitness, Marcy, Inspire Fitness, BowFlex, Centr, Titan Fitness and Vulcan Strength are the gyms most requests are for — and the service is the same for any machine from any retailer. Single-station pieces are single-visit; multi-station gyms may be scheduled as a longer appointment — always fixed-price upfront.

    Common questions

    Do I need to buy the gym first?
    Yes — you supply the machine, we supply the expert. Have the crates on site, or add pick-up & delivery where it is offered.
    Can you install a gym I bought anywhere else?
    Yes — Rogue, Body-Solid direct, Costco, Amazon or a fitness retailer. Every job is fixed-price upfront, whatever you bought.
    Do you set the cables and weight stacks?
    Yes — cables are routed and tensioned to spec, pulleys aligned and every station load-tested before your expert signs off.
    How long does a home gym take?
    Single-station pieces are done in a single visit; multi-station gyms may run longer — always fixed-price upfront.
    Can I choose my appointment date?
    Yes — you set your appointment preference when you book, and scheduling is flexible if that changes.
