    Game Equipment & Indoor Play Assembly: what to expect & FAQs

    Pool tables, arcade cabinets, table tennis, foosball, play kitchens and indoor climbers — assembled, levelled and play-tested by a Vetted, Certified local expert in the room where they live. Every request is fixed-price upfront and backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee.

    What’s included

    • Complete assembly to the manufacturer’s instructions in the room of your choice
    • Levelling on your floor — slate pool tables levelled and felt checked, table tennis and air hockey surfaces trued
    • Arcade cabinets powered up and controls tested; play kitchens and climbers stability-checked
    • Packaging flattened and left in your on-site bins

    What’s not included

    • The table or cabinet — you supply it; we supply the expert
    • Carrying heavy crates from the garage or curb unless you add Move Boxes
    • Anchors, bolts and fixings beyond what ships in the box — on every securing, anchoring or mounting add-on you supply the hardware
    • Re-felting, slate repair or electrical work

    What the price is and what moves it

    Game room assembly starts at $135 for a gaming desk or pool table. Weight, slate and part count set the price; every table carries its own fixed number on the page.

    • Move Boxes to the room: +$75 to +$100
    • Pick-up & delivery from the retailer, where offered: from $255
    • Haul-away of packaging and boxes off-site: +$99 (otherwise flattened and left in your on-site bins)
    • A few states carry a small location adjustment; it appears in your price the moment you choose your location

    Common questions

    Do I need to buy the table first?
    Yes — you supply the table or cabinet, we supply the expert. Have it on site, or add pick-up & delivery where it is offered.
    Can you assemble a table I bought anywhere else?
    Yes — Costco, Wayfair, Amazon or a games retailer. Every job is fixed-price upfront, whatever brand you bought.
    Do you level pool tables?
    Yes — slate is set and levelled, and the felt is checked, before the table is signed off.
    How long does it take?
    Most tables and cabinets are done in a single visit; a three-piece slate pool table is a longer appointment — always fixed-price upfront.
    Can I choose my appointment date?
    Yes — you set your appointment preference when you book, and scheduling is flexible if that changes.
