They did not go over the structure to make sure all the bolts were tightened. I sent the children up to play this morning and they came to me with some of the untightened bolts in their hands - I had to get them off the structure and have tried calling and texting the vendor but have not heard back.

No, we provide the assembly service. The level foundation (pad or deck) must be ready before our pro arrives.
What if parts are missing from my box?
We will identify the missing part numbers for you to order from Lifetime. We can then return to finish the build once the parts arrive.
Lifetime products require specific hardware knowledge. Our pros understand panel-fit and roof-truss logic for these unique builds.
If your shed doors don't close right or your hoop isn't level, we'll return to fix it. Your satisfaction is our priority.
