Before you book

Your expert will not connect natural gas lines. Assembly, propane hook-up and a leak check are included; a fixed gas supply is a licensed job.
A full propane tank. Your expert connects it and leak-checks every joint before leaving — without a tank the grill can be built but not tested.
Decide where the grill will live — it's built in place and a finished cart won't fit back through most doorways
Clear that spot and the path from the door

What to expect & FAQs

Assembled to spec and tested by a vetted, certified local expert, so it’s ready the day it arrives. Every request is fixed-price upfront and backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee.

Yes. It's a flat price for the service and options you've selected — not an hourly rate and not an estimate. It's fixed upfront, however long the work takes.

No. We assemble and install what you already own, wherever you bought it. Same price, same experts.

Your expert brings all the tools. Parts come from the manufacturer — everything for the build itself should be in your box, so it's worth confirming it's complete before your appointment.

Yes. Anything the kit doesn't include is yours to supply — on outdoor builds that's usually ground anchors, concrete, or fasteners suited to your surface. Have it on site and your expert will install it as part of the service.

For an outdoor build, no — though we'd prefer you there to confirm placement and look over the finished work. Anything inside your home needs someone there to let your expert in.

Yes. Tap See my match, and set a preferred day in your request before you book. It's optional, and your expert confirms the day with you.

Yes — get in touch and we'll adjust it. Some limits apply once you've been matched, since your expert has already set aside time for the work. Our Trust, Safety & Cancellation Policy page has the specifics, including when your card is charged.

Where weight and access allow, yes — a two-person crew can wheel boxes to the room of choice with a dolly. Anything heavier or tighter than that needs a moving service. Not sure? Add box placement to your request above.

Your total satisfaction is our goal — every request is backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee. If it isn't right, we'll make it right.

The assembly was for a propane grill. The temperature was about freezing so he worked in the garage. He spent about 90 minutes to assemble. He was polite and brought his own tools. We did have to reschedule because the installer got stuck in a traffic jam. I do think a more accurate ETA would be helpful. I am very pleased with the assembly.
