Outstanding Service and Craftsmanship!
Joseph N. (Verified Buyer)
Exceeded every expectation. They arrived a few minutes early—exactly when they said they would—and immediately got to work. The job was a big one: assembling a 10’ x 12’ Sojag Fontana metal gazebo on a concrete pad.
Even after driving nearly four hours to reach our home, the two team members worked efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Within about four hours, they had moved two heavy boxes of parts from the garage, organized a staging area, assembled each section, and erected the gazebo with precision. After carefully positioning it and consulting with us on placement, they anchored it securely to the pad.
It’s rare these days to find a team so punctual, polite, and customer-focused. We couldn’t be happier with the result—our gazebo looks fantastic! I’m so glad we found them. They are truly the best at what they do. Highly recommended!

I am writing to commend the outstanding performance of John and Dillon during the recent installation of my gazebo. Their work far exceeded expectations, setting a new standard for customer service in my experience.
John's meticulous preparation immediately impressed me. He systematically checked all delivery components, a level of thoroughness that instilled confidence from the outset. This attention to detail continued throughout the project. The precision with which he and Dillon worked together was truly remarkable; their coordinated efforts showcased a high level of expertise and seamless teamwork. The gazebo assembly itself was completed in an impressive 8 hours, a testament to their efficiency and skill.
Beyond their technical proficiency, John and Dillon consistently demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. They patiently answered all my questions, proactively addressing potential concerns before they arose. The final positioning of the gazebo, perfectly aligned with my specifications and securely anchored to my patio, was the culmination of their diligent and precise work.
Finally, their commitment to leaving the work area spotless was exemplary. The thorough cleaning and organization upon completion demonstrated a level of professionalism and respect that I greatly appreciate.
In summary, the installation of my gazebo was a truly positive experience thanks to John and Dillon's exceptional work ethic, technical skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation and would not hesitate to engage their services again for any future projects.
