What’s not included
- The lock itself — you supply the equipment; we supply the expert
- Boring a new deadbolt hole in a door that has never had one — that is the New Installation option, priced on the page
- Door, frame or strike repairs; a door that does not latch cleanly today needs that fixed first
- Haul-away of the old lock and packaging unless you add it (+$99); otherwise it goes in your on-site bins

Installation starts at $135 for replacing an existing deadbolt with a Kwikset Kevo. The lock you have and the door you have set the price, and you see the full number before you book.
- Kwikset Kevo: $135 as a replacement; +$50 for a new installation on a door without a deadbolt
- August Smart Lock + Connect: $155; August Wi-Fi Smart Lock: $165
- Lockly Secure Pro: $155; Secure Plus: $180; Vision doorbell-camera locks: $155 to $185
- A few states carry a small location adjustment; it appears in your price the moment you choose your location
