2. How does scheduling work? Will I be able to schedule my service before placing my order?

The actual appointment confirmation happens between you and the provider directly after the request has been submitted and you've been matched with a local expert.
3. Can I make changes to my appointment?
Absolutely. However, there are certain limitations regarding rescheduing & cancellations. See the 'Matching & Cancellation Policy' page for more details.
4. How does billing work?
Prior to submitting your request online, you will be asked to save a credit/debit card on file with us. Your saved card will not be charged at that time. We only authorize the saved card the full quoted price of the service(s). Your saved card will be charged only after a successful match has been made with a local expert and your appointment has been confirmed.
5. Who are the experts sent to complete the project? Have they been fully vetted?

10 by 10 metal Gazebo assembly
John was absolutely professional. Arrived on time, brought everything they needed to assemble the gazebo, worked through until completion and cleaned up after their work. They even anchored the gazebo for me. John clearly communicated with me from our first conversation. I would highly recommend Express Assembly to anyone.

The first company was set to come and cancelled same day, The second one had two people here and did a great job, They did a very good job. The Gazebo looks great, the true test will when the rains come this winter.
