3. Can I make changes to my appointment?
Absolutely. However, there are certain limitations regarding rescheduing & cancellations. See the 'Matching & Cancellation Policy' page for more details.
4. How does billing work?
Prior to submitting your request online, you will be asked to save a credit/debit card on file with us. Your saved card will not be charged at that time. We only authorize the saved card the full quoted price of the service(s). Your saved card will be charged only after a successful match has been made with a local expert and your appointment has been confirmed.
