Preparation & Site Requirements
Ensure your outdoor space is ready for a professional Mirador installation:
- Foundational Leveling: Mirador units must be installed on a level, solid surface (concrete pad, deck, or structural pavers).
- Area Clearance: Clear at least 2 feet of space around the installation perimeter for pro access.
- Overhead Check: Confirm there are no low-hanging branches or power lines above the intended installation site.
- Staging: Move heavy shipping boxes as close to the final installation area as possible.

Do I need to be present for the installation?
An adult must be present at the start to confirm the exact placement and foundation anchoring, but you do not need to stay outside during the build.
Can you anchor into pavers?
Yes, provided the pavers are set in a concrete bed or have sufficient structural depth for anchoring. We provide standard masonry anchors.
What if parts are missing from my shipment?
Our pros will inventory the parts upon arrival. If manufacturer components are missing, we will document it so you can request a replacement from Mirador.
