Professional Kingsport Cedar Carport Installation Installation Service

The Job Start to finish. Done right, guaranteed.

The work

A carport is the one structure here where anchoring is the job, not the finish. Your certified local expert raises the Backyard Discovery Kingsport Cedar Carport frame square and plumb, then fixes it down with hardware suited to your surface, because a tall structure with an open span catches wind in a way a low one never does. Roof panels or covers go on last, tensioned evenly.

Before you book

Breakdown of all packaging materials; dispose of in on-site trash cans. Crews will not haul-away empty boxes.
The surface it will stand on has to be finished and level before the visit. We do not pour slabs, build decks or level ground, and a frame raised on an uneven base will not sit square.
A finished, level slab, driveway or pad across the footprint
Vehicles moved off the pad on the day
Clear overhead — no branches or wires above the roof line
Anchors, if you add anchoring

What to expect & FAQs

Assembled to spec and tested by a vetted, certified local expert, so it’s ready the day it arrives. Every request is fixed-price upfront and backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee.

Yes. It's a flat price for the service and options you've selected — not an hourly rate and not an estimate. It's fixed upfront, however long the work takes.

No. We assemble and install what you already own, wherever you bought it. Same price, same experts.

Your expert brings all the tools. Parts come from the manufacturer — everything for the build itself should be in your box, so it's worth confirming it's complete before your appointment.

Yes. Anything the kit doesn't include is yours to supply — on outdoor builds that's usually ground anchors, concrete, or fasteners suited to your surface. Have it on site and your expert will install it as part of the service.

For an outdoor build, no — though we'd prefer you there to confirm placement and look over the finished work. Anything inside your home needs someone there to let your expert in.

Yes. Tap See my match, and set a preferred day in your request before you book. It's optional, and your expert confirms the day with you.

Yes — get in touch and we'll adjust it. Some limits apply once you've been matched, since your expert has already set aside time for the work. Our Trust, Safety & Cancellation Policy page has the specifics, including when your card is charged.

Where weight and access allow, yes — a two-person crew can wheel boxes to the room of choice with a dolly. Anything heavier or tighter than that needs a moving service. Not sure? Add box placement to your request above.

Your total satisfaction is our goal — every request is backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee. If it isn't right, we'll make it right.
