Missing screws

My assembly was on Oct. 7, 2021. I am still waiting for the person to come back finish. He lost screws during my installation and did not tell me. The screws that were lost and not installed are for the roof. I would like to get this issue fix sooner rather than later to avoid the roof leaking when it rains. I contacted him and he said he would be back, but he did not give me a date or time when he would return. I texted him again this morning, but he has responded back. Kozyard has sent me replacement screws and they will arrive on Oct. 19, 2021.

Preparation
Level Surface — Gazebos must sit on a flat, level patio, deck, or pad — surface prep is the customer's responsibility.
Clearance — Allow a few feet of working room on all sides and confirm open overhead space.
Staging — Have the boxes within 15 feet of the build site so assembly can begin right away.
Anchoring Surface — Know what you're anchoring into (concrete, wood deck, pavers) and note it in your booking.

Do you anchor the gazebo down?
Yes. Anchoring with the manufacturer-supplied hardware is part of the installation. If you have a specialty surface, mention it in your booking notes.
Can you install the netting and curtains?
Yes. Mosquito netting, curtains, and accessory rails included with your unit are installed in the same visit.
Do I need a permit?
Permit requirements vary by city and HOA — checking and obtaining any required permits is the customer's responsibility before installation.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the model — most Kozyard hardtop gazebos are completed in a single visit.
