    Common questions

Does my yard need to be level?
Yes, within 2 inches across the pool’s footprint. If it isn’t, add ground levelling and a sand base when you book.
Can you install a pool I bought somewhere else?
Yes. We price above-ground pools by shape and size, so bring the boxes from any retailer.
    Who fills the pool?
Your expert starts the fill with your garden hose before leaving. Filling to the top takes hours, so you finish it.
