Pick-up & delivery

Furniture and bulky item pick-up & delivery

Vetted local crews pick up large, heavy and awkward items and deliver them inside your home — a Costco patio set, a Marketplace sofa, a treadmill that was never going to fit in your car. Flat price before you book, a crew sized to the item, no truck rental and no phone call.

Four things decide what a job costs: the crew and vehicle your item needs, how far the crew has to travel, the stairs at each end, and the weight of the heaviest piece. All four are published below — price your own job right now.

Sectionals, murphy beds, Peloton bikes, Smith machines, Yardistry gazebos, barrel saunas, gun safes and in-ground hoops — if it is too big for your car, it is on the list.

Most companies make you call to find out what this costs. Move the controls instead — this runs the same arithmetic as the booking tool, so the number you see is the number you book.

  • Stairs at both ends?Priced separately for each address, $60 for one flight up to $120 for four or more.

Store pick-ups

We collect it, you skip the trip

Bought something too big to take home? Give us the store, the order number and the pickup window. We collect it and bring it inside — not to the curb.

Plus Ashley, local showrooms and any supplier with a loading dock.

The job we do most

Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist and OfferUp pick-ups

You found the deal. The seller says pick up by Sunday, and it is a two-person carry down a flight of stairs. That is this.

Send us both addresses

Seller’s address in, yours out. Gate code or apartment number goes in the notes so nobody is stuck at a callbox.

We handle the lift

Crews bring straps, blankets and dollies. Flag disassembly when you book if it will not clear the doorway.

Inside placement

Delivered to the room you want it in — not left at the curb.

Add to the same visit

Assembly on the same visit

Most things we deliver also need building. One crew can do both on a single visit, priced the same way as everything else here — before you book.

Add it while you build your price above, or see everything covered under assembly & installation. One visit, one crew, one price — and you see it before you commit.

Four steps

How it works

This job has two ends, and nearly every surprise comes from one of them. Describe both well and the rest is just driving.

  1. Tell us both ends

Where it is coming from and where it is going. Store pick-up? Add the order number and the window they gave you. Buying from a seller? Their address and when they are home.

  2. Describe the access

Stairs at either end, elevator or not, gate code, narrow doorway, tight driveway. This decides how many hands show up — and it is the one thing that changes a price after the fact if we learn it on the day.

  3. See the full price

Crew, distance, stairs and weight, itemized before you commit. Then pick a date and your local crew confirms the arrival window.

  4. We collect and place it

Blankets, straps and dollies come with the crew, and it goes in the room you want it in — not the curb.

After you book

What happens next

Booking online should not mean wondering whether anyone saw it. Here is the whole of it.

  1. You get a confirmation

Straight away, with everything you entered — both addresses, the date, and the price you agreed to.

  2. A local crew takes the job

Not a call centre. The crew that shows up is based near you and sees the same details you filled in.

  3. They confirm your window

They contact you directly to lock the arrival time before the day, so you are not waiting on a four-hour guess.

  4. If something goes wrong

Open a claim from your account and we work it out with you and the crew. You are not left arguing with a contractor on your driveway.

Not quite this?

Some jobs are priced on their own page

The answer to all three of these is yes — they are just quoted where the service lives, because the price depends on the item and not on the drive.

  • Take it apart, move it, put it back togetherA trampoline, playset or shed that has to be dismantled at one address and rebuilt at the other — priced on that item’s assembly page, delivery included.
  • Clearing out, not replacingA garage, an estate, a pile of old furniture with nothing coming in — that is junk removal.
  • Building what you already haveDelivered but still boxed? Assembly & installation covers it on its own.

Pick-up & delivery questions

How much does furniture pick-up and delivery cost?

Base pricing starts at $115 for a single pro with a pick-up truck, $195 for two pros with a cargo van, and $350 for a two-to-three pro crew with a box truck. Distance, stairs, weight and item count are added on top and shown line by line before you book.

Do you charge for stairs at both ends?

Yes, and they are priced separately, because a third-floor pick-up and a ground-floor drop-off are not the same job as the reverse. Each end runs from $60 for one flight to $120 for four or more.

Do you offer same-day pick-up and delivery near me?

Same-day depends on local crew availability. Choose your preferred date when you book and your local crew confirms the arrival window with you directly.

Will you pick up items from Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist?

Yes. Enter the seller's address as the pick-up location and yours as the drop-off. Add gate codes or apartment numbers in the notes so the crew can reach the door.

Can you deliver large items from Costco, IKEA, or Home Depot?

Yes. Store pick-ups are one of our most common jobs. Give us the store address, order number and pickup window, and the crew collects the item and brings it inside.

Do you handle heavy equipment like treadmills, pool tables, or safes?

Yes. Items over 150 lbs are routed to a larger crew automatically, and anything over 300 lbs carries a heavy-item add-on so the right number of hands arrives.

Can I book assembly along with my delivery?

Yes, and it is cheaper than booking separately because one crew makes one visit. Add it while building your quote.
