I really was impressed in every way. Daryl assembled my equipment quickly and despite its complexity, he did it perfectly. He was polite and efficient. Highly recommended.
Initial communications were confusing, as I was put in touch with a "dispatcher" who really didn't have any idea what the plans were, what was going on, and didn't manage any expectations. However, once the installer was actually here and I was able to communicate directly with him, things were solid. I'd love to have had better up front communication, and getting projects started "first thing" in the morning would've been nice, BUT. . . we had issues w the supplier (Rogue Fitness) missing parts, and our installer was very patient and collaborative, so all in all, things were very good.
