What’s included
Frame Assembly — Steel frames built in sequence with every brace in place, checked square and level.
Cover & Tension — Covers, end panels and doors fitted and ratcheted evenly so they sit tight with no sag or chafe.
Anchoring — Every leg anchored with the kit's anchors, or yours, so the shelter stays put in the wind.
Packaging Removal — Boxes and packing broken down and placed in your on-site bins.
Outdoor Structure Specialists — Fabric shelters only perform when the frame is square and the cover is tensioned evenly. We match you with pros who build portable garages and shelters routinely.
What’s not included
The product itself — you supply what you bought, we supply the expert
Anchoring or mounting hardware beyond what ships in the box, on any service that anchors or mounts
Site work that has to exist first, such as a level base or a new electrical outlet, on any service that needs it
Removal or disposal of an existing unit, unless it is booked as its own service
Preparation
Level Ground — Have a level pad, pavers or compacted ground where it will stand.
Clear the Space — Clear the footprint plus about 4 ft around it, and the path to it.
Call 811 — Have underground utilities marked before any ground anchors go in.
Anchors for Your Base — If the kit's anchors don't suit your ground or slab, have suitable ones on hand.
Common questions
What does ShelterLogic installation include?
Frame assembly, cover and end panels fitted and tensioned, doors checked, anchoring with the kit's anchors, and packaging removal.
Do you level the ground or pour a pad?
No. The ground has to be level before the visit; a frame on uneven ground won't tension square.
Do you install ShelterTube and ShelterCoat buildings?
Yes, up to 22 ft wide and 40 ft long. Larger buildings are quoted separately.
Can you set up a party tent for my event?
Yes. We set up 10x20, 20x20 and 20x30 ShelterLogic party tents, staked on lawn or weighted on hard ground. Take-down is a separate visit.
How long does it take?
Most shelters, greenhouses and canopies are built in a single visit; large rated garages can take longer.
We send your request to vetted, insured local experts picked on job history, completion rate and real experience with this kind of build. When one accepts, usually within a day, we text and email you, charge your Trust & Safety fee and hold the balance on your card (it isn’t charged yet). Until then, you pay $0.
