Your expert brings all the tools. Parts come from the manufacturer — everything for the build itself should be in your box, so it's worth confirming it's complete before your appointment.
Yes. Anything the kit doesn't include is yours to supply — on outdoor builds that's usually ground anchors, concrete, or fasteners suited to your surface. Have it on site and your expert will install it as part of the service.
For an outdoor build, no — though we'd prefer you there to confirm placement and look over the finished work. Anything inside your home needs someone there to let your expert in.
Yes. Use the calendar in the booking card above to set a preferred date. It's optional, and it travels with your request.
Yes — get in touch and we'll adjust it. Some limits apply once you've been matched, since your expert has already set aside time for the work. Our Trust, Safety & Cancellation Policy page has the specifics, including when your card is charged.
Where weight and access allow, yes — a two-person crew can wheel boxes to the room of choice with a dolly. Anything heavier or tighter than that needs a moving service. Not sure? Add box placement to your request above.

Suncast outdoor shed
The installer was a hard worker. He was very focused on doing and completing the job. He was familiar with the product at hand.

I was paired with Chucks
I was paired with Chucks HoneyDo for the shed build which was purchased through Costco. I was contacted by phone by Chucks HoneyDo almost immediately. The lady on the phone was very nice and asked for a desired date and time. We booked an appointment for the shed build. On the day of the appointment , (an hour and a half before) I received a text stating that the appointment needed to be cancelled with no explanation. They asked if another day worked and I told them I needed the shed done ASAP. They were able to come out later in the week to build the shed. Chuck was very nice and stated he was there to build the shed. Chuck was a one man team and stated he would be able to complete the shed same day. However he was unable to finish it same day stating he needed extra hands to secure the roof and was tired. We were understanding. Unfortunately it rained that night so the shed interior got exposed to rain. Chuck retuned the following morning with another set of hands and the shed was built. Overall the shed ended up getting built and looks great, but the process could have gone smoother and was a little stressful.
