Pick the Spot — Decide the machine's final location near a power outlet — treadmills shouldn't be dragged after leveling.
Clearance — Allow the manufacturer's recommended free space around and behind the machine.
Staging — Have the heavy boxes in the room where the machine will live, within 15 feet of the build spot.
Clear the Area — Keep the build zone clear of furniture, kids, and pets until set-up is complete.

Do you calibrate the treadmill belt?
Yes. Belt tracking and tension are calibrated and test-run as part of every treadmill installation.
Can you connect the console and programs?
Yes. Console mounting, cable connections, and a power-on function check are included.
Does my machine need a dedicated outlet?
Most True Fitness cardio machines want a standard grounded outlet nearby — check your model's manual and note anything unusual in the booking.
How long does installation take?
Nearly all True Fitness machines are completed in a single visit, test-run before we leave.
Is the service insured and guaranteed?
