How does billing work?
Prior to submitting your request online, you will be asked to save a credit/debit card on file with us. Your saved card will not be charged at that time. We only authorize the saved card the full quoted price of the service(s). Your saved card will be charged only after a successful match has been made with a local expert.

What is covered by Heavy/Bulky item move to room of choice (and what is not)?
Our local crews are NOT professional movers so if you have special needs regarding bringing your box or boxes inside, please hire 3rd party movers. A 2-man crew can bring a dolly and wheel your box or boxes to the room of choice or carry the box if the weight permits. But if a 2-man crew with a dolly cannot accommodate the movement of boxes, then do not select the move boxes as an ADD-ON service as they will not be able to accommodate your request.
