How long does it take?
With the area ready, nearly every job is completed in a single visit. Larger builds may be scheduled as a longer appointment — always fixed-price upfront.
Do I need to have the YardCraft product before booking?
No. You can book first and have your expert arrive once the delivery lands — you give a preferred date when you book.
Can I choose my appointment date?
Yes. You give a preferred date at booking, and your matched expert confirms it with you before the visit.

When one accepts, usually within a day, we text and email you, charge your Trust & Safety fee and hold the balance on your card (it isn’t charged yet). Nothing is charged before that.
