The actual appointment confirmation happens between you and the provider directly after the request has been submitted and you've been matched with a local expert.
3. Can I make changes to my appointment?
Absolutely. However, there are certain limitations regarding rescheduing & cancellations. See the 'Matching & Cancellation Policy' page for more details.
4. How does billing work?
Prior to submitting your request online, you will be asked to save a credit/debit card on file with us. Your saved card will not be charged at that time. We only authorize the saved card the full quoted price of the service(s). Your saved card will be charged only after a successful match has been made with a local expert and your appointment has been confirmed.
5. Who are the experts sent to complete the project? Have they been fully vetted?

Website was very easy to use and appreciate being connected with a quality installer. They expertly assembled three gazebos in a matter of hours. Installer was flexible and professional. I heard some horror stories regarding building these gazebos but the team did a great job.

Gazebo installation 12×14
I would strongly recommend hired professionals. 2 to 3 expert men needed and it would take about 8 to 10 hours. The provider assigned by HandyBuddy sent two local experts to our house to assemble it. Oh man, these guys knows what they were doing and without lose their smile took them 13 hours non stop install. Finished in one day. I felt really bad that they had to deal with the heat. I would strongly recommend handybuddy for any assembly needed. Thank you

Installer did a great job!
Very professional, paid great attention to detail. Took part of the gazebo down and then re-constructed because it didn't look perfect. I was extremely happy with their professionalism and the result! Also very convenient and a great service!

Gazebo Installation
Three people were sent to our project. They were very diligent in the construction. They worked right through the heat. Took them just a little over 6 hours. We would recommend MyChoreBuddy - you don't want to try this yourself. This was just to big a job for my son and I to complete. We're so happy that there was a company available to accomplish this for us.
