What’s included
- Complete assembly to the manufacturer’s instructions on the level patio, deck or pad you provide
- Frame squared and plumbed; roof panels or canopy fitted and sealed at the ridge
- Mosquito netting, curtains and shelves hung where the kit includes them
- Securing to your patio or deck where you add it — you supply the anchors
- Packaging flattened and left in your on-site bins

- Concrete pads, footings or grading; the surface must be level and ready
- Anchors, bolts and fixings beyond what ships in the box — you supply the hardware on every securing or anchoring add-on

Gazebo installation starts at $285 for a 10x12 soft-top. Size and roof type set the price; hardtop and double-roof models run higher on the page.

- Secure to Patio/Deck: +$155 (+$205 on the largest units) — you supply the anchors
- Roof-only replacement on an existing frame, where offered, is priced lower on the page
- Move Boxes to Backyard: +$105 (pallets left on the driveway are heavy — add this if you cannot move them)
- Pick-up & delivery from the retailer, where offered: from $285
- Haul-away of packaging off-site: +$99 (otherwise flattened and left in your on-site bins)
- A few states carry a small location adjustment; it appears in your price the moment you choose your location

Does the surface need to be level?
Yes — your expert builds on the patio, deck or pad you provide. Your expert will tell you before starting if the slope is beyond what the kit allows.
Can you install a gazebo I bought anywhere else?
Yes — Costco, Sam’s Club, Wayfair, Amazon or direct. Every job is fixed-price upfront, whatever you bought.
Do you anchor it down?
Add Secure to Patio/Deck when you book — you supply the anchors rated for your surface, your expert fits them. Unanchored gazebos are the ones that end up in the neighbour’s yard.
How long does a gazebo take?
Most soft-top and small hardtop gazebos are done in a single visit; large hardtops may run longer — always fixed-price upfront.
Can I choose my appointment date?
Yes — you set your appointment preference when you book, and scheduling is flexible if that changes.
