For an outdoor build, no — though we'd prefer you there to confirm placement and look over the finished work. Anything inside your home needs someone there to let your expert in.

    The gentleman arrived on time, were courteous, and worked diligently the entire time. My big issue is that I feel the total quality of their work tanked at the end. I had to leave before job was completely finished. I will say 80% was done. Gentlemen told me he would finish and send a pic which I agreed to. However, my pergola came with shade curtains and mesh screen. It's obvious to the eye and to anyone looking that they installed both incorrectly and that they were not aligned properly. I am a women standing 5'3. So now I have to get on a 6ft ladder to take these curtains down and realign them. The reasons for me paying the price I paid for the install was to avoid having to get on a 6ft ladder. So now I either have to pay someone, or get on this 6ft ladder. I have a real problem with this, as I shouldn't have to do this. If not for this issue, I would have given this company higher review.

    My crew did a fantastic job. They sorted out everything first. Then they read manuals , which impressed me because I never seen anyone do that. They were very experienced in doing this type of work. My pergola looks great because of Beth and Daniel. They did what the said they would do. Including bolting down the Pergola. I would hire MyChoreBuddy again
