The work

Your certified local expert builds your ShelterLogic GROW IT® greenhouse - backyard, Greenhouse-in-a-Box® or Heavy Duty, peak or Roundtop® - or a ShelterTech™ high tunnel. The frame goes up square, the translucent cover is fitted and tensioned, the roll-up door and windows are checked, and the greenhouse is anchored and ready to plant.

Packaging broken down and left in your on-site bins. Hauling it away is an add-on.
Pick a level, sunny spot with room to open the doors and roll-up windows
Clear the footprint and the path to it
Call 811 before any ground anchors go in
The ground has to be level before the visit; we do not pour pads or grade ground. Frames on uneven ground will not tension square and the cover can chafe.
The kit and every part that shipped with it - frame, cover, ratchets and the anchors in the box
Heavier anchors suited to your ground or slab, if the ones in the kit don’t suit it

For an outdoor build, no — though we'd prefer you there to confirm placement and look over the finished work. Anything inside your home needs someone there to let your expert in.
